Urgent Question about 10 Years Employment History

Post by tangocharlieroger » Wed Aug 10, 2016 3:10 pm

Hi!

In few days i have my appointment to submit
my british citizenship application (along with passport).

I got a question related to 10 years employment history.

From anyone's experience has this thing caused anyone trouble, if any employment
was done more than hours allowed. e.g in last 10 years while someone was on student visa and
did extra hours in those days (20+). Can this thing cause any trouble? if yes, what can it be ?

1. refusing citizenship
2. any restrictions you cant apply passport for certain limit of time? if yes, how long ?
3. revoking ILR altogether
4. doesn't make any difference at all.

By the way i was on student visa b/w 2003 to 2007. left the country enitrely, and came back with intension to settle down, on Tier 1 in 2010, completed 5 years.
On application, date of your first arrival to UK with intension to settle i am putting as 2010.
Now this 10 years employment history is something which i am a bit concerned.

or this has only to check if all taxes are paid.

please guide.

Its about good character checks and requirements.

1) Possibly.
2) No. Passport is by separate application after successful naturalisation.
3) Possibly
4) See #1 & #3
