English language requirement

Post by darling1 » Wed Aug 10, 2016 9:32 pm

Hi guys,

I'm new here. I am applying for naturalisation in 2 weeks. Was given ILR via the Tier 2 General Migrant route (5 years)

I have been reading through the requirements and I have decided applying via NCS.

My question is: I have an expired IELTS which was used when I applied for my entry visa. This was used last year when I applied for the ILR. Reading the requirements for citizenship- I haven't read anything about being able to use this. Will I need a new IELTS that hasn't expired? I don't see any reason why they won't accept my expired IELTS when my language skills haven't' changed after my IELTS have expired.

Please help moderators.

Thank you.

Darling
