The GOV.uk website suggests that these services are not available for Tier 1E applicants.seasky wrote:(firstly am I correct in the above assumption for both extension and ILR)
Is there a logic to this HO decision?

The logic is probably that the checks required for most Tier 1 applicants (except Tier 1 General) are much more extensive and cannot be done on the same day. I guess the confirmation checks from banks or the genuineness evaluation will take much longer than a day.
They should be 'way nicer' for £8.750 per visit, plus the premium service fee for your application type.Ali272 wrote:It is possible to use a super premium service. One of my friends switched from Graduate Entrepreneur. They came to the solicitor office but did not approve the visa on the day. Super premium applications usually takes about 2 weeks instead of 3 months. They are also way nicer and will call you if something is missing.
