For someone who already has a BRP valid for couple of years.

I have not known this process and the form existed since 2010. Is it mandatory to update homeoffice regarding change in address each time as per the document? It also requires applicant to report immediately any new criminal convictions as they receive. Any idea guys?

I know this is required for tier 2 general applicants. But does this apply for PBS dependents ?
