Urgent help on filling premium form

Please I have submitted form SETO for ILR and want to make it premium ,can any one help me with the question "what did you submit your application? Don't really understand that question and also the question " why do you want to use the premium service ? What answer is better 1) urgent travel .2)need document to prove identity . 3)for an employer or 3rd party .4)want a quicker decision 5) other reason . Please note I only want the home office to make a decision so I can travel in December as flight in December is getting more expensive .thanks

I have printed the forms to upgrade from postal to premium,after filling the form. how will I send it to the upgrade email ,do I fill the form,take the picture and them send it to the email of the upgrade team ,Pls help

You have missed the most important part of the question Its asking for "What date did you submit your application". This is simply the date you posted your application on if you sent it by post.

Again, they are simply asking why do you want to upgrade. the answer to this depends upon your situation. Many people do it because they require urgent travel but its upto you to choose whatever applies.

Also, I am not really sure why you have printed the application form ? All you need to do is to fill the form in MSWord and send it as attachment to the email address they have provided on the application form. There's no need to print and scan it. Please also keep in mind that they don't always accept your request and don't usually provide you a reason for that.
