Moving from NI to ROI with Non-EU Spouse

Post by thisisit_77 » Fri Aug 12, 2016 1:34 pm

Hi

My wife is currently a student in Northern Ireland under the Tier 4 Student Visa and we want to move to ROI to live and work. We currently live and work in Northern Ireland. What is the procedure is for moving so that my wife can work in ROI? Are they financial requirements?

I've been researching a bit and understand that the fact that I have dual nationality (Irish and British Passports) that this may create complications.

Thanks
