I have been refused on grounds : my employers letter don't have enough information such as it doesn't have the specific date I started my jobs. I have two jobs and the two employers letters I provide are similar. They also mentioned that the two letters I provide are identical. They called me in the uk for an interview and asked me all question related to my both jobs. I told them how many hours I work according to my payslips, they also asked me which days I work, they asked me how many people work at my both work place, I said three sometimes four or more depends on how busy it is. They asked the date when I started the both job but I said I can't remember the exact date, so they said Roughly say when I started, so I said the month I started, but on the refusal letter they are saying I could not say the specific date and the number of employees. Also they are saying that I was vague about the identities and number of people that I work with. They also saying that both my job is part time but one of my job is full time..
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW?
Should I appeal or fresh application?
Or do appeal and fresh application?
Thank you so much.
