HO withdraw for JR in Upper Tribunal

Post by Waqarmahmood444 » Sat Aug 13, 2016 4:34 pm

HELLO EVERYONE,
My question to all the member on the board, HOW LONG HOME OFFICE normally take to give a new decision. they have withdraw their previous /old decision, which they refused for a very stupid reason. the caseworker did not look on the paperwork properly and they missed the third party documents and refused the visa. i went for admin review, PAP , all got refused. so i applied for JR, and they withdraw the decision after 35 days.
MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR your valuable comments.

There is no specific time frame, expect long delays in responses and be patient
