Visit visa application from Pakistan

Hi all
I intend to invite my mother from Pakistan for a couple of months here in UK to see me and my husband & child.
I have been in the UK for about 11 years, currently as a family member (spouse) of an EEA national. Will that be a problem as I am not a British Citizen myself ?
Also, even though me and my husband have enough earnings (combined salaries about £45k per annum), we have recently purchased a house and therefore, currently have no savings to show in the bank account due to the house deposit payment. Will that be an issue ?
(Just a small note that my mother has previously been to UK on a visit visa to visit my other relatives, but that was about 20 years ago.)
Any advice will be appreciated !
