Completed IVA- disclose or not?

Post by britkiwi » Mon Aug 15, 2016 9:44 am

Hi

I completed an IVA back in 2012 and having checked the Insolvency Register my name is no longer on there - it gets taken off after the IVA has been completed.

On the AN Form 3.14 It asks if you have been declared bankrupt..?

An IVA is not bankruptcy nor is it a CCJ, so do I tick yes or no? and submitt the IVA completion letter with a cover note?

I don't want to hide any info nor do I want to give them any wriggle room of refusal because I've not declared something like this.

I have no CCJ's against me or criminal convictions.

Advise please !
