TUPE transfer - Change of Tier 2 ICT visa

Hi Manci,

I need your urgent advice on Visa please I have been TUPE to the new company. I am currently on Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff visa valid until Feb 2019.

Does the TUPE transfer needs current visa changes i.e. change to Tier 2 General or existing Tier 2 ICT will be transferred to the new employer?

Also my spouse is on my dependent visa, I believe her visa would also need to be changed?

TUPE only transfers your existing conditions to the new company. You do not need to change your visa, but the new company needs to become a sponsor...
