Biometric Letter Did Not Scan at Post Offiice

Post by hassanh » Mon Aug 15, 2016 2:40 pm

Hi Everyone,

I would appreciate if anyone had similar experience responds to me. I applied for Tier 2 General Extension along with my wife and Child as dependant in the start of July.

Received Biometrics letter but when we went to Post Office, the letters did not scan and Post Office person asked me to contact Home Office and get the new biometric letters.

I emailed to the Appointment Exceptions email address mentioned on the letter on 2nd August, 2016 but still have not received any response from them. I sent them a reminder on 8th August and no response for that as well.

The 15th working days deadline has been past and I don't know what to do now. Can someone advise what will happen now? How can I get this all sorted? Will they not refuse the visa on the basis that I have not enrolled biometrics?

Thanks,
Hassan
