Judicial Review

Post by Hopping » Mon Aug 15, 2016 4:15 pm

Hi,

I am a new member, currently my judicial review case is with the court and I am waiting for a decision.

Could the seniors please advise, If the home office wants to make an out of court settlement, would they ask any statement from us. Also should i have to keep the £50,000 in my personal account until they make a decision as I need this money to develop my business. I am not sure if i can use it for business purpose.

Please advice.

Many thanks.

No one on this forum can give you a time frame on HO internals or what exactly to expect. Whatever happens to your case and any subsequent decision will be eventually communicated to you by the HO.
Please be patient and wait to hear from HO

To avoid confusion & jumbled responses, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).
