Tier 2 General - Application Question, Leave

I'm currently filling out my Tier 2 General Sponsored application, but am stuck on one question:

"Have you taken more than one months leave in the last year?" Yes/No

I worked for the employer while I was a Tier 5 Migrant and left three months ago when my visa expired. Does that count as leave?

No. It does not count as leave as you left because your leave has expired.
