My wife is working on one year fixed term job contract. The actual contract start date was 01-12-2015 and end date 30-11-2016. The Cos that was issued to her mentioned the contract jobs from august 2015 to september 2016 . We came in UK on 20th November 2015. Now the BRP is expiring on 30th september which is 2 months earlier than end of job contract. please advise that what should she do now? Is there any chance of BRP extension for 2 months if employer gives some letter that confirms the actual contract ending dates? Thanx
