English Language Certificate for HSMP Visa

Hi All,

I am about to apply for HSMP Visa. I have a query regarding the document which needs to be submitted as a proof that the degree was taught in English. I completed BE (Computers) and the degree was taught in English, the college can issue me this certificate ("College" here means the institution where I studied and completed the degree). But this college is affiliated to a University which is located in another city. Also many colleges come under the university to which my college is affiliated. My query is: wILL it be okay to get a certificate from my college that the degree was taught in English or I need to get the same certificate from the University also to which the college is affiliated.
