£50 K - Should I have to keep until i get a decision

Post by Hopping » Wed Aug 17, 2016 4:04 pm

Hi Seniors,

My application was refused and currently i have made a Court of Appeal application which is under consideration.

Do i have to keep the £50 K in the personnel account until I get a decision from the court/home office or can i use it for my business.

Please advice.

Thanks.

What is your current leave? does it permit you to undertake business activity?

DO you have section 3C leave or your appeal to the COurt of Appeal followed a refusal of Judicial review.

Hi all, my court of appeal refused with no rights to renew. I live with my wife,3 year old daughter and newly born baby. Is there any other root that I can apply for to get stay. Please advise.

Thanks

If you do not have any valid reason to stay in the UK, then you should NOT be here. Unless you cannot go back due to some human rights issues, you need to think about leaving and going back I am afraid.

I am not sure how are you exactly buying time and for what :? As I can see you have no section 3C and you are effectively an over stayer.

Are your wife and children British? I agree with zimba88. What are you attempting to buy time for? :?

Hi Casa & Zimba,

My children born here, but none of us are British, I have some liabilities to clear, so I like to stay for some time here, i am afraid If i go back my family may suffer. I am really confused and felling low and stressed every day, but need a good advice.

Thanks.

The HO will consider your children (3 years & 1 baby) are young enough to easily adapt to living in another country and that you will be able to enjoy family life together in your home country.

How do you believe they will 'suffer'?
