What if my Job is removed from Shortage Occupation List?

Hi,

I am going to extend my Tier 2 with SOL 2136 Senior Developer as my company does qualify for it.
Can you please explain do I have to re-apply if at any stage in next 3 years SOL 2136 for Senior Developer is dropped from the list ?
