Eligibility?

Post by zaki123 » Wed Aug 17, 2016 11:24 pm

hi

i was in the UK on a tier 1 entrepreneure visa but after my 10 years in uk, i got indefinite on the basis of 10 years in the uk. My wife came in 2014 as my dependent on tier 1. and her visa in now expiring in 2 months.

I got my indefinite 5 months ago. i have a child born last year who has nationality now in the uk.

Does my wife has to apply for FLR M or tier 2 dependent extenstion?

P.S ( i willl have a few more question )

Thanhs for your help

Adequate and not overcrowded accommodation required.

With regards to accommodation, they are probably enough, if the letter contains full details. A formal Accommodation report is optional.

Same day service is possible.
