Settlement for a child just under 18

Hello

We have just been granted permission to appeal to the upper tier tribunal for a settlement application. It is for my stepson, it is the 3rd and final application as he is over 18 now. Does anyone know a good solicitor than can take this case on and what are the chances of winning this case, bearing in mind this is the 3rd refusal over the last 7 years.
