200k Extension Interview Post or Email

Hi,

I applied for extension under 200k on the 10th June and now I have received the interview letter by post.

few questions.

1) why HO send some people letter via email and post ? any pattern ?

2) is it normal for 200k Tier 1 extension to be called for interview ?

3) any rejection after interview this forum is aware of ?

4) what is the avg time gap between interview letter and the exact letter ?

5) how does it decided if the interview is Skype or face-face ? at the complete discretion of the case worker

6) My letter from Temporary Migration Team ? is it normal, or is it because of the holiday, season HO caseworkers are from Temps ?

Seems to be few weeks

Probably based on where you live

We do not know the internals of HO teams or how they work

No Idea...
God only knows. I attended the interview on 28-July. No news yet. I called HO today, they said it is still in open status

Dear All,

I have done some research on those who have been interviewed so far. As there are no reports of outcome following interview I felt there is need for this and give buzz to those who were interviewed months ago and since then nothing.


Please could you update on your status following interview, this will help others greatly to understand how much time HO is taking to decide.

Really interested to know from , April, May, June, July interviewees.

Please could you at least update your status even if you are still waiting.

A Friend of mine received the First letter ( Notice of Interview ) letter on 29/04/2016.

Received the Second Letter on 18/05/2016

Interview Date 30/06/2016
