Hello,
Need your help and expert opinion for these 3 questions please:
1. My wife worked on Tier 4 dependant visa full time for 4 months from October 1st 2012 to Jan 31st 2013. Now she has Tier 2 General visa. Does 4 months full time work on Tier 4 dependant visa count towards ILR? I too worked on Tier 4 student visa full time once my masters course was over. Does this count towards ILR?
2. Our Tier 4 expired on 31st Jan 2013 . We applied for Tier 2 visa in January 2013. We got the Tier 2 visas(General and dependant) valid from Feb 26th 2013 onwards as it says on the BRP. The question I have is, is it the date given on BRP that starts as the 5 year start date or is it the application for Tier 2 visa date that the 5 year term starts from?
3. We were away in 2016 for a period of 100 days(single stretch), reason being mom's cancer treatment. I did get an option of working from India for this period. Wife was on maternity leave during this period. Will this affect our ILR eligibility? Totally in the last 4 years we have not been outside UK for a period more than 200 days.
Thanks,
Jay
