Spouse Visa APPEAL for Critical Skills Wrok permit holder

Hi,
My wife appealed against the rejection of her visa 4 weeks back from India , however, we are yet to hear anything from the new Delhi Irish embassy.

The visa decisions for person whose spouse is working on Critical skills work permit should be ideally faster, however, there is no timeframe mentioned for this specific category.

Any one has faced anything similar from India, please advise?
