Family Reunification denied

hi..
Im a Filipina and currenty living in denmark. Me and my husband applied for family reunification and just got the decision from immigration this last friday that our appilication was been denied due to the housing issue which is it should be atleast 18 months after the application has been submitted which We guess that they misunderstand our rental contract because they count it as 17 months only which is not.They give me until 26 of this month to leave denmark. then we called them this monday to applied to reopen the case but they told us that our case is already closed and cannot be reopen. But still we applead under all cases.

my question this if I can still stay in denmark while they make desicion of that applead or i will leave the country.
or can I applied again for family reunification before 26 of august using the temporary permit to stay here which they give me when we first applied for family reunification. Because my visa as an Au pair expired already.


hopefully someone can helped me with this or can give me some idea..
