Can someone who recently had their business visitor visa refused apply for a Tier2 Visa under Priority Service from India? Business visitor visa was recently refused not because candidate had dubious credentials, but the sponsor's invitation letter appeared to contracting him in the UK. I believe visitor visa refusal will not have adverse effect on Tier2, but whether going for Priority Visa recommended? Needless to say, we need the candidate in UK asap. Tier2 visa is from the same sponsor who had earlier invited him on business visit.
