EEA Family permit online form

Hi,

The form seems to be very confusing. I need help with few questions.

In the EEA National section is question:

Have you or the EEA national ever been married before or in a long term marriage like relationship? if answered Yes then those questions pop out:
Where did you live?
When did you start to live together?
When did you finish living together?
Are you widowed, divorced, separated etc.? who is from who????????

Is the EEA National responsible for the financial support of anyone else?
Yes
Total monthly amount given to family members and other dependants GBP(£) I have 2 children living with me. How I calculate how much money I spend on them monthly.

What is your permanant residential address and contact details? The applicant or EEA national???

HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Also in section FAMILY DETAILS they ask the applicant:

Do you have any dependent children?
We have a child but she lives with me therefore I guess answer would be NO.
