Hi folks..

I need some advice. I applied my Entrepreneur visa (50K) in Sep 2013. Got refused in May 2014. Appeal heard in Nov 2014. Appeal was successful and got my visa from 20 feb 2015 for three years.

I am applying for my ILR 10 years basis soon. I have got a question here. I was in part time job till Feb 2015, When i got my entrepreneur visa in feb 2015 . I resigned from the job immediately, they issued me p45 on 31st march 2015. my question is that when I was suppose to resign from my part time job as per Entrepreneur visa (50k) rulings?

I think I've made it a bit too complicated. I want to simply ask that if you're applying for entrepreneur visa, when by law you should leave your existing job you were doing before application

1) before you apply for Entrepreneur visa?
2)After application
2) On success of your application i.e once visa is granted

Depends on your status when you applied. If you had valid visa with the right to work when applied for Tier 1E visa, your rights got extended by Section 3C until you received your Tier 1E visa. If you resigned immediately after you got your visa, you should be fine.
