Tier1 entrepreneur visa extension has been refused- Help plz

Hi There

I have applied today for extension of my entrepreneur visa(50K entrepreneur team) . related to same questions above. I am the director of the company and on my company bank statement it shows my company name and (The Directors)only. All my business investment entries on business bank statement shows like that (Direct Credit from XXX(My name) Ref: Business Transactions).

I have only sent my business bank statement from starting till date. and separate bank statement pages for (highlighted investment entries).

Could you tell me is everything ok in my case? as my name is not showing on the top of bank statement.
