Form AN.

Post by crimson76 » Fri Aug 26, 2016 1:49 pm

Question 1.49 asks for ''Address of tax office or tax office reference''. I am director of a company and receive small salary and major portion of my income is from dividends. My company is PAYE registered and I regularly submit my self assessment and corporation tax returns.
Which tax office reference and address should I use to answer this question?
Is it my Personal UTR or Company UTR or Employer PAYE reference or Company's account office reference? Please help.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
