CCJ and ILR : Please Help.

Hi Everyone,

I have ccj on my credit file for next five years, and I am applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain (Long Residence) in next two months. So, will it affect on my ILR application? If I do not declare it in ILR application form?

Please help me.

If you do not declare then there is a definite chance of getting refusal based on deception. Do you have the certificate from court?
