FLR FP form-Confuse on one question-Please advice

Post by sunshine16 » Sat Aug 27, 2016 4:21 pm

Hi, I am in the process of filling Flr Fp application for my wife visa(further leave to remain in this category) and there is one question that i am confused to which option is right.

We are renting house from Housing association and the tenancy agreement is only on my name as my wife is not part of the tenancy due her visa condition there is one question in the FP form related to the accommodation which directly asking from the the applicant i mean my wife so i confuse which option to select.

Section 5 - Your accommodation and finances
5.1 Is your home in the UK:
a) Owned by you?
b) Rented from a local authority or housing association by you?
c) Privately rented by you?
d) Owned or rented by a relative or friend?
e) Other (give details in the box below)?

If i tick on option B, then is it not wrong because the tenancy agreement is on my name only.

Regards

Is the property rented from the local authority (Council) or housing association or is it rented from a private landlord?

Hi Casa,
The property is rented from housing association. The Tenancy agreement is on my name only, my wife is not in the tenancy agreement due to her visa condition, but her name is listed in the resident list in the tenancy agreement.
Thanks
