Hi guys i am fail asylum seeker, i came to UK in 2009 age 14 now i am 21, i have step dad he use to physically beat me harass me, i seek asylum back in 2009 so they gave me DLR because i was underage, it expired in 2012 when i was 17 so i made appeal for further DLR which was refused by HM, and then made upper tribunal appeal which was also refused November 2015, so my solicitor suggest me to make fresh claim but i dont know what to do like on what grounds i should make fresh claim, and i haven't receive any removal order my solicitor said they cant deport me i dont know if its true, it cause me serve depression anxiety and sleep deprivation i went to my GP told him about my condition so he send me to local counselling and told me if it didn't help me then he will prescribe medicine, i am going to GP next time so he can give me medical record so i can give to my solicitor for my case.
