Police Registration Certificate for FLR(M)

Hi all
I have a question about police registration certificate. I have been in the UK for 8 months under Tier 5 visa. I will apply in September for flr m visa. When I fill the form I saw a part says Your police registration certificate if you have been asked to register with the police. And a tick box.
I didn't know that I need to register myself.I am from Turkey. I will go tomorrow to Police station.

Would it be problem for my visa ? Please help me..
