Urgent help please

Post by MUHSAJID » Mon Aug 29, 2016 5:51 pm

following is my brief Immigration history;

I came in UK in Jan 2003 on student visa and stayed on the same visa until Sep 08. I then applied for PSW visa in Sep 2008, which was granted. Later, I applied for HSMP before the expiry of PSW visa, but my application was refused and I appealed against the decision which was refused unfortunately in Feb 2011. I appealed again which was also refused in March 2011. I then applied for human rights application which was also refused. Currently, I have no application with Home Office, since my last application has also been refused. According to the attached letter by the Home Office, I have 15 working days to apply a new application or leave the country. I have been living in UK for over 13 years and do not want to go back after spending such a long time of my life in this country. I am currently confused and require your assistance to find out the what can we do in order to get the settlement visa. Home Office has asked me to report them on 31st August 2016. I am entirely perplexed if I should go and report them, as I might be detained and send back from UK, since there is no pending application in HO.

Furthermore,they give 15days to do a new application or leave the country.

Could you please guide me what are the possibilities to come out of this.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

I see from your posts in 2013 that your application in 2010 for HSMP was refused for deception in your previous PSW leave to remain due to your college being closed down as bogus and you weren't a genuine student.

After all this time without valid leave and with no outstanding application, I can't see that you have grounds to remain.

Apart from 'liking living here'...what compassionate and compelling grounds do you have to be allowed to stay, taking into consideration that your application under Human Rights has already been turned down. :?:
