Advice on BC after ROR & PR

Post by Jgorf » Tue Aug 30, 2016 10:59 pm

Hello great people . Need advice please

I was married to EU national, got divorced , retained rights and then got PR sept last year.

Planning to apply for BC next month after 1yr of holding PR. I need help with these sections :

1.3: When ILR was issued - should that be blank
2.4: Are you EEA national or family member of EEA national -- Should that be a yes? Am I still classed as a family member of EEA national as we are divorced and PR attained .

Your advice is highly appreciated
