i been granted discretionary leave for 2 and half year in 2015 because I been married to British citizen
but unfortunately my wife died 3 month ago so what's next can i apply for indefinite leave to remain now?
I clear to you I don't have spouse visa I got discretionary leave 10 year rout under new law

So you were granted Leave as a partner right?

Even if Exception 1 was engaged, that will not be outside the rules it will be within the rules.

Did you and your wife had children.

You may qualify under E-BPILR

I got 2 step sons but they r over 18 and living independent
I had no visa that's why the grants me discretionary leave out side the immigration law and we got registered our marriage and homeoffice admit it me and my wife got genuine relationship

It should have been leave within the rules, applying Exception 1.

However I think you may qualify for ILR.
