Need help! tier1 extension

Hi all
Can you give me some advice! I applied tier1 on early April and I have the interview done on July 12, but I still no receive any response from HO! My husband as my dependent! We applied togother! Now my husband have really emergency travel planning! Before I did not regonise will be keep so long! So I want to ask! If I withdraw my husband visa! It will have any effect my case or not! Or what do you think I should be patient waiting! Please! Please! Give me some advice!
