Hi,
I have tried searching the forum for this specific combination but i have not come across this and hence posting this.
I applied for naturalisation via NCS ,got an acknowledgement letter and a BRP letter.Address in the acknowledgement letter is correct and valid and that was how i got the post
Details on the BRP letter namely
1)Name 2) DOB 3) Nationality -correct and valid.
However the address on the BRP letter refers to an old address .Also the BRP letter further states "you need to check to ensure that 1)Name 2) DOB 3) Nationality -correct and valid before you enroll biometrics at post office. However please be aware that if you had a previous home office record ,the details on your enrollment letter will reflect this record.Your requested details have been recorded and caseworker will consider whether these can be amended later in the consideration process
Given this ,if the details are incorrect for another reason ,please contact us @ nationalitybiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to notify us of the correct information. Please be aware that any delay in enrolling your information will delay the considertaion process"
My question :
1)Based on the above quoted text ,i infer that i should go ahead and register my biometrics ,is that a right assumption ? or am i missing something
2)I have emailed the suggested email id but have got no response till now and i know that the 15 day time limit is now running out
3)When i called the nationality helpline ,they suggested i send email to nationalitybiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and wait for the response / for the updated letter.
So i am confused whether to go ahead with the BRP letter or risk waiting for the email response from home office ,can anyone please help or suggest or share their experiences
Thanks
