The letter says that I am covered, starts from Law of April 2012 . So basically I am covered throughout till now when the application has been made in this September.

Yes I will get it translator by a professional.

By any chance can this medical health cover be of any help for my 16 hours work ? If yes, then I think I should be apply for PR.

I've lost track of your timeline but health cover helps secure any student time or time as a 'selfsufficient' qualified person.

Work has to be shown to be genuine and effective; EU law and the Directive doesn't actually specify a minimum numbers of hours.
The MET test that HO uses may trigger further enquiries - it doesn't mean automatic refusal as each case has to be considered on its merits.

EU law does not specify a minimum income for a worker or self-employed person.
UK HO will investigate your self-employment further if you don't pass their MET test.

My earnings as self employed should be greater than the threshold as my business has gradually been picking up. All documents are ready except the accountant's letter

Its the time i worked for 16 hours at the minimum wages was below the threshold level It was back in 2014.

In that case all you can do is make as strong a case as possible with as much quality documentary supporting evidence you can muster to cover every aspect of your qualifying period.

After all, in one sense you are only risking the £65-- application fee, although, with all the wild talk of Brexit, there are clearly other issues to factor in.

If my application is rejected, hope I don't have to leave the country. Its soooo worrying.....

I have travelled abroad 4 times in these 5 years each for one-two months, but no more than that.
Hope that should be ok?

Also I am waiting on for my son's CSI that would cover his entire period till now.

Yes, you are permitted to escape from our abysmal climate for short periods of time.
No more than 6 months out in a 12 month period and continuity of residence will be maintained.

You won't have to leave country; as you are selfemployed you should be classed as a selfemployed qualified person.

I'm assuming all along that you are a Union citizen.
Worst case: If PR is not confirmed, suggest you apply for an EEA (QP) RC to at least confirm your status in these uncertain and interesting times.

My European ID card has my UK address as I had registered here with the embassy.
Also I have a UK full driving licence with my current address

But my son's ID card has the European address as he had renewed the ID when he had visited his father.
He is not registered here at the embassy... we just lazied out. A mistake.

I think I'll not submit his ID, just to avoid confusion. I'll submit just his passport

Will that be OK?

My holiday absence is 285 days in 5 years but my son has been outside the UK for 507 days in 5 years as he used to be with his dad during all summer holidays

Can this be a problem?
