I am applying for General visitor visa (2 years) for my mom-in-law at chennai , India next week.I would appreciate very much if you can let me know if i missed anything from the required supporting documents. I have posted the lists of documents im submitting for the visa application.
Im BC and my wife is on Spouse Settlement Visa in UK. The trip will be fully sponsored by me including travel,accommodation and any other expenses which my mom-in-law will incur.

Documents from Sponsor(myself):
Financial Details
1)Invitation Letter from me for inviting mom-in-law
2)Letter from my employer stating my position and annual salary
3)My 6 months attested pay slips
4)6 months personal Bank Statements in which salary is credited. I bank with HSBC and they have given me statements printed on the official stationary at the branch ,accompanied by a letter from branch manager.
5)NOC from my wife for me to access the funds in our account as the HSBC account is Joint Account between me and my wife.
Accommodation
Me and My wife own a 2 bed flat , im providing the following documents;
6)Copy of Title Deeds
7)Mortgage details from HSBC
8)Council tax bill
9)Utility Bills
10)NOC from my wife for accommodation her mother/ my in-law in our apartment.
Other Documents
11)Copy of my passport
12)Copy of my wife's passport and Visa
13)Copy of our Marriage certificate
Documents from the applicant
14)Completed Visa application form with declaration
15)Passport and Photo as per requirement
My Mom-in-law is a home maker and fully support her spouse who is working as an accountant in India. I am submitting following documents to show her ties to india
16)Copy of the properties owned by mom-in-law in India (all the documents are in English)
17)Valuation certificate for these properties
18)Rental income from the properties owned (submitting last 12 months stamped rental receipts)
19)Attested Bank Statements in which the rental income is credited
20)My Father-in-law's income statement with tax returns for last 1 year
21)My Father-in-law's copy of the passport.
22) My in-law's Marriage Certificate
