Hello everyone
Well here is my immigration history..
22/10/2015-- Home office curtailed my visa because my college lost their licence.
16/12/2015-- I did a tier 4 application to home office. didn't take the biometric test for this application as i lost first copy and my solicitor advised me to get another biometric paper from HO.
19/12/2015-- Curtailment date ends
28/02/2016-- Married my partner (religious ceremony)
06/03/2016-- I did (vary) FLR fp application with all evidence needed. partner's pp/Bank statement and everything from my end
06/05/2016-- given biometric test
10/06/2016-- given marriage notice together
17/06/2016-- received a letter from home office mentioning 'i need to go HO to get my application decision' @5th July 2016. My solicitor send email to home office explaining that i cant go to HO that day because of religious festival. And he also asked HO to give a new date to visit. HO mentioned on the letter i can email them if there is any issue.
26/07/2016-- Received a letter from HO. IS96 liable to detain and monthly reporting schedule.
02/08/2016-- I went to HO reporting and it went smoothly.
05/08/2016-- Immigration enforcement stormed my in laws home. i was living with them since February. I was in gym with my partner when they entered at 5.50 am. on the search warrant they mentioned me as an immigration offender.
11/08/2016-- received letter from home office mentioning that we complied with the HO marriage investigation so we contacted register office and booked ceremony day.
02/09/2016-- Completed civil registration successfully
So My question is
1) I am going to HO reporting on Tuesday. will they arrest/detain me??
2) My solicitor applied to HO to get my Data from home office to know my immigration status 1 month ago. when we will receive this data?
3) I did't receive any refusal letter from home office for any application, am i an overstayer? if i am how can i remain in UK?
4) My partner earns £20044 and doing this job from 2013. If i go back, can she apply for me straightaway? is there any legal obstacles?
I would be grateful if you can help me here. Sorry for the long post. Thank you
Rafi.
