I'm trying to switch my tier 2 ICT to Tier 1

I have completed 18 months in UK living with my husband

Questions

If I switch now (say in Jan 2017) would I be eligible to extend after 3 yrs ?

Or would you recommend to switch after completion of 2 yrs

What ?? You can switch anytime you want and you get a 3 year visa if successful. You then have to extend it for further 2 years for 5 year settlement.
