English Language Requirement & Unabridged Marriage Cert

Post by spiderkzn » Tue Sep 06, 2016 12:37 pm

Hi,

I'm Deaf South African fluent in Sign Language,

I married to British Citizen recently.

I'm on process to work on Family Settlement visa (Spouse).

"Are you exempt from the English language requirement?" I'm not sure which one I should put Yes or No.

One problem, I'm Profoundly Deaf, inability to speak or hear in English Language requirement from Test centre if they offer. But I've proof of hearing test if it sufficient?

But I've excellent in reading and writing in English. I've grew up in English speaking family, educated in English at school and High Education.

Other question, to order to proof for marriage. Does UK immigration require Unabridged Marriage Certificate?
