ICT tier 2 dependant visa query

Hi All,

I'm Yaswanth, i have query regarding dependant visa holder travel.
My wife got visa and validity of VISA is till 09th sep [Visa issued for 12 months but visa holder have to travel with in one month and collect BRP for remaining 11 months]. Due to some unavoidable circumstances she is not able to travel UK with in one month(from visa issued date).

Do we have any other option to travel post visa expiry to UK? If yes please let me know the process.

She need to apply for a replacement 30 day visa again. The process is very similar to the original one. Since it's ICT visa, ask your organization to check with the VFS centre on the exact process. I don't think you need to submit a new online form again.
