I have made 50k investment from my personal bank account. Do I require to draft a directors loan agreement?

I would not claim that amount or claim any interest. Please advice

I would like to claim points. I have invested 50k. My accountant showed it as long term creditors in company's accounts. My questionis do I have to get a directors loan agreement drafted or do I get a legal letter saying I have made the investedment and would not claim it?

Do I get any advice on content of the legal/formal letter?

Yes, you need to draft a DL agreement with all the requirements as given in the guide. Read the guide !!
