EEA PR application payment still not taken

Italian resident in uk from over 22 years married with British Woman
i have send the my application over 11 weeks ago for my Resident certificate for over 5 years living there,
i got Reference ID Case number from over 2 months ago but still they dont take
the payment from my debit card...someone can help me pls? i dunno what i need
to do please.. i will appreciate any help or suggestion Thank xx

Did you give correct card details?
Have you contacted bank to see if any payments refused?
If all good just sit tight, enjoy the extra interest!

yes ok thank but its very strange that after 11 weeks they still dont take the payment ...???
i have contacted the bank and not any payment refused from my debit card .....i m seeing
in this forum lot peoples that have sent the applications after few days they Home Office have take the payment fee processing.....i can think , maybe , after Brexit many peoples sent the application for residency and maybe there are some delay.....but i would like know it because every day i m a little worry.....
what u think realy please? Thank

Hello

Similar thing happened to one of my friends recently. She sent her application in early July, no payment was ever taken, in mid-August she received a reference number and then a week or so later her application and supporting documents were returned with a letter saying they were unable to process the payment.

Hi,
Try emailing them at public.enquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

I spoke to a guy on the phone yesterday (regarding different matter though) and this is the email address I was given.
