Evidence of PAYE

Dear Members,

I would like to ask a question on evidence relating to show PAYE and would be really grateful if you would please respond to my query below.

Paragraph 176 of the policy guidance states that to prove PAYE, the applicant would require to submit, "Employee Payment Records and Real-Time Full Payment Submissions".

I have received all the individual FPS reports but not sure what "Employee Payment Records" means and what I need to submit in addition to the FPS for proving PAYE.

At the moment I only have FPS. I have two employees working full time for last 24 months and they are still employed. Could you please clarify what additional documents I need to submit in addition to the FPS.

FPS reports are compulsory but sufficient to show you are reporting PAYE.
Employee Payment Reports seems to be referring to traditional payroll practice before RTI came into force in 2013. If you reported only via RTI, FPS reports are enough.
