Tier 2 ICT Visa - Calling Spouse on tourist visa

I am on a 6 month tier 2 ICT Migrant visa to UK. I am planning to call my wife who is working in India, to UK for 1.5 months to see Europe & UK.
Can i apply her visa as a tourist visa ?
What all documents will i require ?
