How did you obtain ILR?

If you do not meet the financial requirement or children who are British Citizen, then it is highly likely that the FLR(FP) partner route will be declined.

If the financial requirement are not met, then FLR(M) is likely to fail, although FLR(FP) may succeed if it may be unreasonable to expect you and the children to relocate to a 3rd country.
