Dear all,
I am currently in UK on Tier 1-General VISA and going to submit my ILR application next month. I have already completed 5 years.unfortunately this month I received 2 fixed penalty notices for driving at speed of 69 on 60 miles road within gap of 3 days. I have paid the fine and got endorsement on my licence. No court involvement.
I have two questions
1. Would it affect my ILR application.
2. Should I declare it on SET O Form Section 7.3,7.4
Section 7.1 clearly states "you must give details of all criminal convictions, including spent convictions. this include conviction for road traffic offences, including drink-driving offences, but not fixed penalty notices(such as speeding or parking tickets).
Is it OK if I do not mention these FPN's under 7.3-7.4? would not mentioning these be considered as hiding information?
Any advice or help on this is much appreciated.
regards
